Job Description

● Responsible for developing, implementing, and supervising area sales plans and programs. ● Team management. ● Responsible for the development of the designated market segment. ● Support the overall strategic sales growth and profitability of the organization. ● Guide designated sales team members to achieve outstanding results. ● Plan and manage sales areas to achieve goals based on profit potential and effective sales area management. ● Analyze, implement and control opportunities within the domain. ● Manage and develop the growth of key products in the sales area. ● Placing appropriate customer groups and ensuring the successful introduction of new products. ● Coordinate with other sales teams and other departments to ensure a consistent approach to business across the company. ● Coordination with logistics and marketing to maintain proper warehouse conditions. ● Timely collection of all debts/maturities. ● Support the management team through the implementation of specific projects. ● Coach sales team.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil engineering, Mechanics, or Management. ● Have at least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field. ● Proficient in reporting in PowerPoint, data analysis in Excel. ● Teamwork, leadership skills, and effective communication.
