-Handling CEO guests and customers
-Coordinating office management activities
-Preparing required reports for CEO
-Arranging, managing, and organizing CEO appointments and meetings, plus booking hotels and tickets
-Taking care of all related administrative tasks of CEO such as answering & transferring phone calls, taking messages, receiving/sending fax and emails, typing letters, and archive all written correspondences
-Follow up all the tasks assigned by the management and report the results immediately
Requirements
-Bachelor degree or higher
-3 years of work experience in similar position
-Excellent typing skills
-Perfect attention to details
-Familiar with commercial procedures
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Power point & Excel, Outlook)
-Strong coordination and communication skills
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
-Motivated and energetic
-Ideal Age Range: 20 - 36
