Job Description

We’re looking for an administrative assistant to join us. Joining our team you’ll be responsible for providing general and administrative duties as well as answering the phones and greeting customers and visitors to our department. You’ll be assisting with organizing meetings and diary management. sorting and distributing the post and updating our databases. In addition, you’ll be undertaking routine financial processes and help with other duties as directed.

Requirements

You will need to have good and accurate literacy, numeracy and administrative skills and the ability to analyze information to solve general queries. You’ll also need good keyboard skills. ● Good customer service: impeccable communication and interpersonal skills with a fabulous telephone manner. ● Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task. ● Excellent IT skills and good knowledge of MS Office and office management software. ● Experience as an administrator, office assistant, another similar role or demonstrable equivalent. ● Familiarity with office management procedures. ● Good written skills. ● Good data entry and keyboard skills. ● Be very accurate. ● Ability to work as part of a small team and to also be able to work alone. ● Self-motivated, able to use own initiative and organize own work. ● Flexible approach to work tasks and able to prioritize those tasks. ● Prepared to learn new skills and suggest new ideas. ● Friendly demeanor and a sense of humor, please! ● Fluency in English is a must.
