Responsibilities:

• Maintain legal ledgers, financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports
• Manage month-end and year-end account closings
• Oversee financial documents, payments, receipts, and cash flow
• Accurately prepare and submit tax reports (VAT, seasonal reports, insurance, income tax, payroll tax)
• Provide regular financial reporting to senior management and the board of directors
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and tax consultants
• Continuously review and improve financial processes and systems
• Ensure full compliance of financial operations with relevant laws and accounting standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s is a plus)
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in reputable companies
• Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Sepidar or Rahkaran)
• In-depth knowledge of Iranian tax laws, insurance regulations, and accounting standards
• Advanced Excel and analytical reporting skills
• Strong accuracy, speed, multi-tasking, and reporting capabilities
• Effective communication skills and the ability to report to senior management
