The role is aimed to handle development of reports and client deliverable of a well-defined list of product categories and according to set standards of GfK, including quality control, data processing, management/ client updates.
Key Activities
- Handle development of the reports and to ensure that the data quality and deliverables are in line with GfK international and local standards. This includes quality control, management / client updates.
- Support preparations of impactful presentations with relevant fact based insights
- Delivers presentations confidently to mid-level management at clients
- Is responsible for data analysis and report writing highlight trends for external publications
- Insights through analysis of the sales out data from start to finish
- Responds to requests from clients
- Builds market and product knowledge on all product categories and markets that he/she is handling
- Ensure satisfied clients by providing high level of client servicing, including ongoing support to client queries through identifying, assessing and interpreting the findings to answer key insight questions
- Understand clients’ market needs and develop GfK report solutions to best clients
- Developing a Network of Key Contacts within the current clients of GfK
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor degree (preferably in marketing research related fields, business analysis, statistics, research or other related fields)
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in relevant fields (preferably in marketing research agencies)
- Must have quantitative analytical skills.
- Advanced in MS Office including experience in data analysis tools.
- Fluent in English (high proficiency in all 4 skills: Speaking, Writing, Reading and listening are required)
- Client oriented attitude with high organizational skills
- Expert in presentation skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Basic Knowledge in statistics.
