Tarh-Ideh Agency operates in the advertising industry, designing and producing promotional items and organizing promotional events, and is looking for an Account Manager who has the ability to solve problems, manage time, and provide effective communication with clients. This role is based in Tehran.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop relationships with existing clients
- Create effective interactions with clients and understand their needs
- Resolve client issues and problems with care and attention
- Monitor projects and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Continuous communication with internal team for optimal coordination in service delivery
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer service and account management
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Familiarity with the advertising industry and event management and in-store promotional items would be an advantage
- Candidates with experience will be given priority
