Job Description

Hiring and training university instructors to teach in our online platform • Managing the online classrooms • Review registration statistics and consult with student services and faculty members to develop registration policies. • Oversee student registration and academic records and aligning with the course timetable. • Ensure all educational activity is conducted legally and ethically. • Work closely with Program Managers to identify learning issues, training needs and to develop learning plans. • Innovate, develop, and deliver an effective learning environment using available resources incorporating various teaching/learning methods to meet the course objectives. • Provides academic leadership and direction to the Department of Academic Affairs in the development, delivery and evaluation of courses and programs offered.

Requirements

A bachelor degree is required, master degree strongly preferred. • Minimum of 5 years' experience in curriculum and academic program development. • 5-10 years of teaching experience in the university, college or equivalent work experience or a combination of both. • Knowledge of best practices and research in curriculum, assessment, and instruction. • Demonstrated experience in leading a team of educators. • Appropriate academic credentials for teachable subjects are essential. • Dynamic individual with knowledge of creating positive learning experience with young adult learners. • Energy and drive, superior communication abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills are required. • Demonstrated experience in teaching, supervising student work, and providing support and feedback is highly desirable. • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet prescribed deadlines. • Excellent proficiency in English is must
