● Opinion leaders’ management (medical to medical communication).
● Map and identify opinion leaders in their region.
● Establish partnerships with medical societies.
● Build, cultivate, and leverage relationships with key external scientific and medical customers and organizations in their region(s) to ensure a strong understanding of evolving healthcare trends across the relevant therapeutic area landscape.
● Organize medical education events and prepare the scientific Material according to the company's strategy.
● Respond to medical communication needs.
● Participate and interact with healthcare professionals in local, regional, and national scientific meetings.
● Identify the additional training needs and enhance the knowledge of sales representatives with up-to-date data.
● Support product strategies by providing information based on the field experiences
● Input to the medical plan.
● Cooperate with patients' associations.
● Contribute to the execution of advisory boards.
● Respond to on and off-label questions with integrity, compliance, and adherence to legal, and regulatory guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Requirements
● 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
● Doctor of Pharmacy or Doctor of Medicine.
● Strong, confident, and engaging presentation skills.
● Ability to function within a team environment.
● Handling multiple tasks at the same time and working under pressure.
● Experience within a clinical drug development environment is preferred.
● Experience in the therapeutic area is strongly preferred.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills; exhibits professional maturity, confidence, and competence. Strong conflict resolution skills; proven ability to effectively and quickly achieve conflict resolution with affected parties and work in a cross-functional environment.
● Learning mindset, open to training and becoming an expert across customer types or multiple therapeutic areas.
