We seek a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join the B2B business line in Digikala. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify improvement areas, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to support business decisions.
Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new projects and initiatives.
Develop and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that address business needs.
Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
+ 3 years of proven experience in business analysis or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau).
Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) is a plus.
