Job Description
- Evaluate and improve processes in all organization systems - Design and follow up on company standard processes - Implementing Microsoft dynamic CRM - End to end process evaluation, design and implementation monitoring - Training the staff and Interact with our Clients and Partners on a regular basis - Identify problems in operations support and solution to fix them.
Requirements
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Industrial engineering or IT - At least 3 years of work experience in the field of implementing CRM or ERP - Age range: 25-40 - Being familiar with business, trading, warehousing, and sales process frameworks - Being familiar with office operation and vice president responsibilities - Excellent ability to training staff. - Ability to solve problems by creativity - High level of competence with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Dynamic CRM). - Language Skills: Native Farsi Intermediate English - Current Residence: Tehran
