Job Description

- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed - Optimize the management of the goods of the Company to support the delivery of services to customers - Supervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials - Inspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements - Provide support and guidelines for warehouse coordinators to receive goods - Help Logistics & Warehouse coordinators to provide a plan to place incoming goods - Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods - Ensure orders are processed efficiently and that the delivery of goods meets customer as timescales/requirements - Supervise and control order picking, products in, goods out operations to ensure accuracy with minimum handling and stock damage - Providing reports related to warehouse - Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results - Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system - Defining and gathering all the required information for calculating the ordering point - Controlling the quality of the purchased materials according to its specifications; - Identifying the most important index of inventory control - Organized Storage Areas - Monitor Inventory
