You are supposed to ensure Flawless Execution for the end to end warehouse operation, leading warehouse team into their day to day activities to ensure compliance in all warehouse in & outbounds activities in line with Nestle physical logistics standards and policies. A DAY IN THE LIFE … • Lead, coach, and provide on-time and balanced feedbacks to the warehouse team into their day to day activities. • Responsible for end to end warehouse operation. Controlling activities related to receiving, storage, internal goods movement, and distribution of raw, packaging, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. • Ensuring safe operations during warehouse activities • Training and coaching warehouse team on safe warehouse practices • Ensuring compliance in all day to day routines • Encompasses safety, quality, 5s, compliance with documentation, and adherence to standards and guidelines. • Flawless execution of Good warehousing practice (GWP) • Quality checks from receiving materials, storage, internal goods movement, and distribution. • On-time resolution of claims and complaints from internal and external parties in a compliant manner • Ensure On-time delivery of warehouse activities • On-time completion of goods receiving and distribution
