Job Description

The Warehouse coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring all warehouse operation including inbound, outbound, stocktaking, safety and arrangement performed aligned with JTI standards. He must know how to ensure compliance with the quality and safety standards of product storage, trucks, and warehousing operation, data analysis skills for timely unloading and shipments for smooth sales operations, on time shipment of sales requests, keeping products within established guidelines (Security, EHS& JTI standards), declaring shipments in Iran's government system (NTSW) to prevent any stoppages and delays in product shipments. He/she must be a problem solver to analyze, reason, evaluate, and create solutions for common shipment challenges, His/her areas of impact are shipping operation and relevant operation cost and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Warehouse Coordination:
- Coordinate/arrange on time shipment of Finished Goods to Customers as per the approved orders releases,
- Ensure effective utilization of trucks to minimize transport costs and timely sharing of shipment information to Insurance company.
- Ensure FIFO is strictly followed up during shipment of Finished goods out of warehouse.
Communication:
- Communicate with Transportation service providers, Sales Coordinators, JTI Security, Treasury, Zanjan & Rasht factories & Finished Goods shipment teams to smooth shipment.
- Follow up with the Warehouse Service provider to ensure all daily smooth loading and loading operation performs.
- This is a full-time position and may require occasional evening or weekend shifts to meet operational needs.
Warehouse Safety:
- Responsible for maintaining all warehouses in good condition (i.e. cleanness, tidiness, safe working conditions (EHS), 6S, proper storage layout, beetle & temperature/humidity follow and reporting, etc.).
Stock control:
- Ensure Finished Goods stock in Rahkaran system is matching with physical stock in warehouse.
- Registration of Customers orders to NTSW portal (Samaneh Tejarat portal) and ensure the stock in NTSW portal is matching with Rahkaran and physical stock in warehouse.
- Responsible for registering receipts and usages of carton hologram, pack stamp hologram & shipping case labels hologram for Rasht factory in NTSW portal.
Reporting & Monitoring:
- Check and control Finished Goods Daily stock to match with Rahkaran system and recorded storage layout, this will include performing monthly stock taking,
- Report any damage noted during receiving of Finished goods from Zanjan and Rasht factory and handling in warehouse, this will ensure appropriate corrective actions are placed to eliminate or minimize such damages. This will be done with collaboration with Factory warehouse team,
- Prepare and share accurate monthly Age report.
- Perform monthly stock counting and maintain records signed by JTI and Warehouse Service provider.
Requirements:
- BS degree in preferably management, industrial engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ Experience in Logistics & Warehouse
- Microsoft Skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities, preferably physical stamina for lifting and moving inventory. Work under pressure.
