Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate you will be dealing with goods preparation, timely shipment receipt, and timely shipment deliveries. ● Plan the set-up of warehouse’s projects and executing them, and monitoring activities of contractors ● Organize and plan material receipt, Material transfer within plant and dispatch ● Responsible for daily operation work in warehouse, and maintain SOP (procedure), optimize business process, handle quality related issues ● Update warehouse related SOPs(procedure) to ensure daily operation following GMP requirement ● Train warehouse employees to ensure their work following the SOPs ● Handling Change Request as CR owner for warehouse to ensure the whole operation follow GMP, that include root cause investigation, document handling ● Do process analysis to optimize workflow for warehouse follow up improvement cases and ensure realization in warehouse ● Take the owner ship for arranging cross functional task between main stakeholder ● Ensuring SAP and other stock-taking systems are handled properly. ● Assist supervision to deal with daily business, such as monitor stock, documentation management, other administration work

Requirements

Requirements: ● At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing industry, warehouse or working in a similar position. ● Education in the field of Supply Chain Management or warehousing and logistics or relevant fields. ● Advanced level of English both written and oral. ● Advance Knowledge of Microsoft office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. ● SAP knowledge is an asset. ● Self-motivated, flexible, and proactive. ● Flexibility to work in shifts. About the department: The purpose of warehousing in Novo Nordisk is to have usable goods available on stock when needed – and to maintain the quality of the stored goods according to their specified requirements. The process of warehousing consists of three main activities: receipt, storage, and dispatch. The general functional areas of the warehouse include receiving row material, shipping final goods, material handling within plan, inventory control, and general/controlled waste management.
