Job Description
- Prepares, records, analyzes and reports accounting transactions - Ensuring the integrity of accounting records for completeness, accuracy and compliance with accepted accounting policies and principles - Carrying out warehouse circulation affairs - Controls the warehouse accounting documents - Professional in warehousing, purchase & inventory controlling, periodic inventory system - Discrepancies in the warehouse and the parties to the accounts - Prepares required accounting reports and submit it to manager Working Conditions: - Saturday to Wednesday (8:30 to 17) + Thursday (8:30 to 12:30) - Place of work: Preferably west of Tehran
Requirements
- Having at least a bachelor's degree in accounting - Responsive and responsible - Age limit up to 30 years - Fluent in warehouse accounting, entry and exit operations and issuance of relevant financial documents - Full familiarity with warehouse and Excel accounting software - Complete mastery of classification and list of goods, warehouse card and warehousing - Full familiarity with the methods of valuing goods, inventory control and safe goods - Prepare and submit instant financial reports of inventory - Compliance of warehouse accounting documents at the end of the financial year and its approval with the financial system - Complete mastery of accounting of transfer documents between warehouse, supervision, discrepancies and waste of goods
