• Design and Maintenance IP Telephony systems (Cisco Callmanager)
• VoIP Troubleshooting (CUCM,IMP,CUC,UCCX)
• Working with Cisco VoIP devices (IP-Phone , Gateway , softswitch)
• Worked and familiar with Network and VoIP Protocols
• Supporting customers via call, email, and ticket ... based on policy and procedures defined by management or supervisors
• Follow up customer and user request
• Provide documentation , guidance and reports
