Job Description

• Design and Maintenance IP Telephony systems (Cisco Callmanager) • VoIP Troubleshooting (CUCM,IMP,CUC,UCCX) • Working with Cisco VoIP devices (IP-Phone , Gateway , softswitch) • Worked and familiar with Network and VoIP Protocols • Supporting customers via call, email, and ticket ... based on policy and procedures defined by management or supervisors • Follow up customer and user request • Provide documentation , guidance and reports

Requirements

• At least five years experience in IP Telephony systems • At least BSc degree in IT (Computer, Electronics or Telecom engineering) • Good Knowledge of Collaboration system (CUCM,CUC,IMP,UCCX) • Good knowledge in VoIP network design • Familiar with linux and scripting language • Familiar with Cisco VoIP servers and Elastix Server • Ability to work under pressure • Ability to be pro-active with a sense of urgency • Good communication and team working skills • Hard Working
