Job Description
Purpose / Mission: Brand excellence at customer – Improve sell through at customer by implementing the best and most attractive brand and product presentation/visual merchandising in order to win the consumer
Key tasks: To be performed in alignment with global and regional guidelines
Functional:
- Ensure best visual representation of the adidas Group and execute seasonal marketing focus at Point of Sale (POS) (SiS, shop-windows, adidas showrooms, POS material, events)
- Give advice and information to retailers on the adidas brand, POS materials and products to support the marketing concepts and Brand Campaign
- Use and control the usage of POS materials in retail
- Provide feedback to Trade Marketing on efficiency and impact of activities at retail
- Provide feedback to Sales on consumer insights, competitors activities, best/worst sellers, adidas product offer quality and availability

- To execute Visual Merchandising (VM) in store following VM guidelines
- To train store staff in Visual merchandising and impart knowledge on product
