Job Description

We are looking for a creative retail Visual Merchandiser to execute and maintain in store visual displays and create impactful merchandising throughout the store. The goal is to use visual merchandising to enhance the customers experience when shopping in our store to drive sales and maximize profitability. Responsibilities : - Work directly with upper management (store manager/corporate office) to implement the visual merchandising in store. - Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer. Through-out the entire store. - Meet timelines for execution of projects. -Come up with, revise and present new design ideas for specialty departments with upper management. - Act in alignment with our culture when creating visual displays. -Change displays to promote new product launches or seasonal change. -Communicate key information that is vital to the success of the visual merchandising initiative throughout the store. - Train the store team on the visual display standards and the proper maintenance of the overall visual display effort. - Set-up and maintain fixtures may be using hand or power tools, screwdrivers, staple guns, and ladders. - Follow safety standards at all times.
