Job Description

Objective: Lead the company towards new horizons Improve productivity and reduce costs Develop new markets Main responsibilities : 1.Direct and control the work and resources of the Company 2.Prepare a corporate plan and annual business plan and monitor progress against these plans 3.Provide strategic advice and guidance to the Chairman and the members of the Board 4.Establish and maintain effective formal and informal links with major customers 5.Prepare, gain acceptance, and monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met 6.Develop and maintain an effective marketing strategy 7.Represent the Company in negotiations with customers and suppliers 8.Maintain ISO Quality Management system Reporting to : Board of Directors Subordinates : All company managers Number required : 1 Duration : Permanent Desired start date : June 20th 2015 Probation : 3 months Working hours : 8:30 am to 5 pm Gross monthly base salary : To be negotiated Commission / Bonus : To be negotiated Other Benefits : To be negotiated
