Job Description

Responsible for Developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. Guide, counsel motivate &develop sales team. allocate responsibilities to ensure optimal performance, recommend promotions based on performance, build harmonious field relations in order to ensure no loss of man days. • Annual business planning &achievement: Collate, review &submit market feedback, analyze sales data, participate & assist in preparation of sales & marketing plan, develop regional business plan in order to drive area sales, profits & ensure optimization of resources to achieve the target. • Sales, profits collections: Sell regional budgets to field force, implement business plans, monitor collections, set targets for achievements of sales & profit & build a performance driven team. • External relations: Liaise with retailers, negotiate with trade associations to resolve issues. Develop & maintain relationship with the medical community & KOLs in order to foster productive working relationship & promote company brands and image. meet key doctors & pharmacies' in region and develop relationship. • Channel management: Supervise & monitor customer service, smooth functioning of Distributor order processing. • Dimension: External: Trade associations, medical community, retailers. Internal: Marketing Managers Distribution Manager, Market Research, Sales Training, finance, HR Manager. • Responsible for overall team activities and target achievement. • Responsible for keeping informed about the market environment (competitors). • Responsible for coaching & developing medical representatives. • Responsible for medical representatives' account plans and reports. • Provide appropriate reports. • Check KPI's for sales team and follow up on them regularly. • Plan, implement and participate in local meetings and congresses. • Pharmacy Sales Manager. • Responsible for researching and marketing opportunities and planning and implementing new sales plans. • Updates product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure the highest standard of sales representation.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in sales and marketing in pharmaceutical field with at least 2 years as manager. • Profound market and business understanding. • Solid problem solving and time management skills. • Good presentation & communication skills. • Good command of computer literacy (MS Office Programs). • Strong experience in coaching, developing and training Medical Representatives, Visitors and Specialists. • Fluency in both written and spoken English • Effective and efficient acquaintance with pharmaceutical companies • Having effective working relationships in the field of pharmacy sales and familiarity with Iranian pharmacies in order to introduce the brand and stabilize its position. • Negotiation skills.
