POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a UX professional capable of end-to-end ownership of the UX process from design to engineering—from user research and problem definition through design, implementation support, testing, and debugging—without relying on constant hand-holding.

This role requires someone who can operate confidently up to front-end implementation level, understands how design decisions translate into code, and can collaborate effectively with engineers while also working independently when needed.

The ideal candidate is comfortable using AI-assisted workflows across the process—leveraging intelligent tools to accelerate research, exploration, iteration, testing, and refinement—while maintaining strong human judgment and design fundamentals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE …

• Translate UX concepts, flows, and interaction models into production-ready code
• Collaborate with product designers to clarify intent, constraints, and edge cases
• Build and maintain reusable UI components and design-system-aware implementations
• Work closely with backend engineers to ensure smooth end-to-end experiences
• Use AI tools to accelerate debugging, refactoring, and implementation
• Identify UX issues early and propose technically sound solutions
• Ensure performance, accessibility, and consistency across platforms

SKILLS

UX & Product Skills
Ability to independently own the entire UX process, from user research and problem definition to solution design and validation
Experience conducting user research, synthesizing insights, and translating them into clear UX decisions
Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and experience flows
Ability to design, iterate, and validate solutions through testing and feedback

Design & Tools
Strong proficiency in Figma for UX design, prototyping, and collaboration
Ability to create and maintain clear UX artifacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes)
Experience working with design systems and component-based thinking

Front-End Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with modern front-end architectures and component-based systems in production environments
Deep understanding of implementation trade-offs, performance implications, and maintainability in scalable UI systems
Proven ability to design and implement UX solutions with full awareness of real-world technical constraints
Experience testing, debugging, and validating UX implementations directly within front-end codebases
Ability to move fluidly between UX intent and production-level front-end execution

AI-Augmented Workflow
Ability to use AI tools across the UX process, including research, ideation, exploration, iteration, testing, and refinement
Comfort integrating AI-assisted workflows to increase speed and quality without sacrificing judgment

Execution & Ownership
Ability to work independently without hand-holding
Strong problem-solving mindset and accountability for outcomes
Clear communication with designers, engineers, and product stakeholders
