Job Description

● Research and identify problems, needs, goals and demands of product managers. ● Transform product requirements collected through research methods into user experience design (User Requirement gathering & System Requirement gathering). ● Design usable products for the target user community. ● Applying the concepts and application of usability principles in product design. ● Collaborate with stakeholders, developers and product users. ● Preparation of prototype (prototype) for products for testing. ● Provide wireframes for use with programmers and UI designers. ● Interact with UI designers in the prototype design and build process.

Requirements

● At least 3 years of relevant experience in the field of user experience design. ● Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation and reasoning). ● Tendency to learn continuously. ● Ambitious and positive attitude towards work. ● Ability to receive constructive criticism to improve the end result. Specialized abilities: ● Mastery of concepts: Design Thinking and User Centered Design. ● Provide, review and critique product team UX designs to ensure effective and rich designs. ● Mastery of user experience (UX) design concepts and rules. ● Mastery of concepts and design standards. ● Introduction to UI design concepts. ● Familiarity with the methods of evaluating the designs done. ● Familiarity with user research methods to meet the needs of target users (UX Research). ● Master one of the Adobe XD or Figma software.
