Job Description

• Operational Excellence: Oversee the daily operation and preventive/predictive maintenance of utility equipment to ensure 100 percent operational availability.
• Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of engineering projects (Capex), from conceptual design and budgeting to procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• SHE Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) protocols. Ensure all facility modifications meet local legal requirements and corporate safety standards.
• Energy Management: Monitor utility consumption (electricity, gas, water) and implement projects to reduce waste and optimize cost-efficiency.
• Team Leadership: Supervise the utility technicians and external contractors, providing training and ensuring high standards of technical performance.
• Regulatory & Permits: Partner with the SHE Manager to secure necessary permits and ensure site conformity with industrial regulations.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering.
• Deep knowledge of Boilers, Chillers, Compressors, Water Treatment (RO/Wastewater), and BMS (Building Management Systems).
• Strong analytical thinking, project management, problem-solving under pressure, and cross-functional communication skills.
• Fluent In English
