Job Description
- Close relationships with the sales department.
- Be in touch with overseas agents for pricing and relevant follow-ups till the cargo is booked, and the BL draft is issued.
- Confirm debit and credit notes.
- Send all notices like shipping advice, passing the border, arrival to sales dept., issues per-invoices per case for financial department.
- Issue EPL for all received cargoes when they are finalized.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Commerce, or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in customer service and in communicating complex issues.
- Ability to work well on a team.
- Detail oriented.
- Experience in higher education.
- FIATA or IRRU diploma.
