Job Description

• The main purpose of the role is to ensure proper execution of brand strategies, provide market insight, review promotions and communicate with the sales team. • Improve sales results and performance to meet sales targets (Monthly/Annually) • Prepare market research report on competitor, customer activities (Bench Marking and Price Tracking file) and data analysis to identify sales opportunities with promotional ideas and material. Monitor promotional trends and competitor actions by Category, Sub Category, priority channels. • Preparing monthly grid (Monthly Policies, Targets, Budgets, Trade Drives,…) • Deploying initiatives, Promotions, POSMs, By Brand/Channels/SKU • Weekly market visits in capital, Monthly market visit in provinces are necessary. • Develop product presentations and proposals if it is need be. • Training the team with product and merchandising knowledge. • Ability to handle variety of tasks simultaneously

Requirements

• MBA, Master in Marketing is necessary. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in FMCG industry preferably in Trade Marketing. • Fully conversant with MS office. (Expert in excel is necessary) • Good presentation skills. • Fluency in English both verbal & written communication.
