Job Description

• Implement trade marketing plans for relevant channels and product categories to achieve defined business objectives • Conduct market research on market trends, consumer behavior, competitor information, etc. and provide analysis as inputs to marketing plans • Track monthly actual trade spend against sales and analyze return on investment of each trade activity. Accrue and track trade marketing expenses according to existing plans • Implement trade marketing standardized processes, tools, administrative activities (including approvals), etc. for smooth execution of trade marketing activities • Execute and track progress of above the line marketing campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store promotional initiatives • Provide sales and trade spend analysis by channels, product categories, etc. Supervise feedback gathering from various sources on trade marketing plans effectiveness • Work closely with internal stakeholders in the execution of trade marketing initiatives to ensure holistic integration of efforts to meet customers' needs • Work closely with clients and vendors to ensure execution of trade marketing plans (e.g. merchandising/planograms, trade promotions, in-store execution, etc.) • Planning for having stronger loyalty programs for elite traders at the level of the country, • Meeting with regions sales team to understand distribution challenges and listening to see wider opportunities in supporting trade channels, • Monitoring competitors plans , shelve prices , offers and new offers • Watching over new entrances and their offers to the market; evaluating the positive and negative effects of it to the brands • Having regular monthly local trips to the regions not less than 3 regions a month at the level of the country.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of trade marketing in FMCG • 5 years of experience in FMCG Sector, managerial level in Trade Marketing, Marketing or Sales Fields of Consumer Good Industry. • Deep knowledge of the Marketing sector. • Strong team leadership ability and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage and maintain cordial relations with stake holders • Must be Very good in using Microsoft Office “ Excel, Word and PowerPoint” • Excellent problem solving. • Good negotiation skills. • Analytical thinking and good planner • Very good knowledge of local market, Company Executives, VIPs and Influential personality’s Strong knowledge of consumer industry. • Experience analyzing large amounts of data and trends • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Increasing rate of sales in store while achieving ROI • Achieving best-in-class execution of in-store marketing • Better co-ordination between sales and marketing functions • Implementation of planograms and POSM • Training and education of sales staff • Ability to think critically and creatively • Ability to move around all Iran for 10 days/month
