Job Description

We need TI Manager with BSS Engineering - Integration of BTS (Ericsson all series) in GSM relocation project. Integration of microwave links, Troubleshooting Alarms and issues including follow up of onsite problems with Field Teams checking KPI and if needed optimizing site till rectification. - Implementing CRs for Customer such as LAC Change, Load balancing, Re-homing Supporting onsite teams during CR Times regardless of Official working hours of company.

Requirements

- University qualifications: BS. Or MS. in Telecom, Computer or Electronics - Previous experience: At least 1 year of professional experience in Ericsson (BSS) - Radio Access Network. - Specialist knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Telecoms network element. - Being well versed with Ericsson BSS Products. - Being well versed with 2G & 3G & LTE Integration. - Be familiar with MW & IP Network are highly preferred - Other Skills: Ability to work under pressure - Hard worker, effective team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. - Knowledge of Huawei, ZTE and Nokia equipment is a plus - Language Skills: Good command of English
