Job Description
-Monitoring all related web sites and resources to find related tenders notifications -Taking prompt and immediate action in order to replying any kind of request -Reviewing tender documents and preparing clarification request in case of necessity and preparing all necessary documents in order to submit commercial, technical and financial proposal by due date -Preparing documents to held on subcontracts tenders and sending enquiries -Preparing sales invoices to clients -Reviewing the contracts -Making and updating related data bases -Preparing required reports -Reporting to Head of Business Development
Requirements
-Preferably holding BSc in Industrial Engineering/Marketing/MBA/Management from high rank university -Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in related positions -Fluent in English, and preferably knowing French -Able to work under pressure and deadlines -Agile, hard worker, accurate -Having the ability to work under the tight schedule and meet the deadlines -High communication & negotiation skills -Professional in Office software specially excel -Age less than 35 years-old
