Job Description

-Prepare bill of quantities and cost estimations for current or future projects -Prepare estimations used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work -Study drawings and other documentation to prepare bill of quantities and time, cost, materials, and labor estimations. -Communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and implement adjustments to cost estimations -Prepare bill of quantities and unit prices for usage in vendors or subcontractors selections. -Prepare cost and expenditure statements and other necessary documentation at regular intervals for the duration of the project. -Provide request for proposals documentations and related supplemental documentation required to comply with legal and bidder's requirements -Ensures that Proposals are submitted accordance to tender provisions. -Review Client requisitions -Conditions and management of the tender preparation -Contribution in cost and price calculations -Preparation of technical and commercial proposals -Develop, present, or respond to proposals; including request for proposal responses and industry-specifics -Supervise the bids and proposals and ensure that the specifications of binding agreements with tenders, customers, vendors and so on, are legal and comply with the company policies.
