Job Description

● OTN/POTN/PTN/OLT/ONU/FTTX optical access and other telecommunication network products. ● Full time work as a member of aftersales technical team for commissioning, troubleshooting, maintenance and support in transmission and access projects. ● Supporting and being on call according to scheduled maintenance table in 7*24 projects. ● Provincial missions if presence required (All over the country or abroad). ● Supporting for customer visits and attending to related meetings and building strong relationship with key customers and joint partners. ● Preparing and sending weekly or monthly activities and technical reports to relevant managers.

Requirements

● Less than 35 years old, fluent in English, Farsi (oral and written). ● Fresh /Candidate with the basic knowledge of Telecommunication Networks (Transmission and Access) and equipment with at least over 2 years working experience in this field. ● Team cooperative working, good skill of communication and gathering information. Be able to contact technical communication with R&D or Support team for tasks. ● Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics or related technical fields. ● Position should be based in Tehran, but with willingness to travel to other cities in Iran. ● Good skills in Microsoft Office software for preparing reports and analyzing the progress of projects.
