Objective: Engineers in TI, RF Optimization, and IBS projects.
Main Responsibilities:
• TI: Telecom equipment installation, commissioning, test & delivery including QA, PAC and FAC.
• RF Optimization: 2G/3G network RF optimization, analyzing DT & Core data to propose hard/soft solutions in the network to maximize network KPI.
• IBS: Design & Implementation of 2G/3G/4G/WiFi IBS networks.
Requirements
• BS or higher degree in Telecommunication or Electronic
• Practical Knowledge of 2G/3G mobile network fundamentals
• Experience in 2G/3G mobile network optimization
• Knowledge of working with mobile network design & analysis Software (Actix,Tems, IBwave, Atoll)
• Experience in In Building Solution projects (2G/3G/4G/WiFi)
• Experience in commissioning Telecom equipment (BTS/MicroBTS/Transmission)
• Applicant should be Tehran residence
• Applicant must be good in English language
