Job Description

- Skilled team leader in IT development - Directing software R&D team and managing projects (in software-hardware access control solutions), as well as -participating in the designs and developments. - Provide hands-on technology leadership to the team - Define and manage the technology landscape together with the Management Board - Ensure consistent best practices, processes, and procedures for software development and maintenance in applications - Develop the road map and play a decisive role in the product development process - Support the development of potential use cases and business models - Develop new ideas and shape the technological vision and strategy -Take an active role in hiring, training and retaining tech talent - Represent the culture, mission and vision within the internal and external community
