We’re hiring a Technical Team Lead to join one of Saman Electronic Payment (SEP) new subsidiaries — a fast-growing tech-driven business that’s shaping the future of digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of product and technical architecture.
Ensure a secure, scalable, and reliable platform.
Manage end-to-end technical execution, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Oversee integrations with partners and third-party platforms to ensure seamless operations.
Build and scale the technical team in alignment with the venture’s growth stage.
Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and business teams to align technology with user needs and business goals.
Monitor system performance and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements
Proven track record leading end-to-end online platforms, covering architecture, development, and scalability.
Strong hands-on experience with web-based platforms and modern frameworks.
Deep expertise in AI, Big Data, and AI integration into scalable products.
Experience building and managing high-performing engineering teams.
Strong problem-solving and technical decision-making abilities.
Good understanding of security protocols in banking and payments.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in technical leadership roles.
