Job Description
-Provide excellent technical support to internal and external customers for the purpose of supporting the sales of cultures
-Enzymes and tests to the dairy industry
-Extensive travel within the country is required
-Conduct onsite technical customer support to help our customers improve and/or maintain the end product quality
-Responsible for conducting and validating on site trials with new Chr. Hansen ingredients leading to new incremental business
-In close collaboration with technical sales team design, follow and execute trial protocols to secure right field data collection from field trials
-Support feeding updated relevant market information e.g. potentials, trends, competition and other relevant aspects of the business environment to the local sales and marketing teams
-Support sales calls to key accounts and targeted accounts as designated by the sales managers/Business manager
-Be proficient in laboratory techniques of relevance to the dairy industry and be able to work in a laboratory environment
-Conduct technical presentations to customers, explaining the use of Chr. products in dairy applications
-Organize and provide training programs and troubleshooting (phage audits) for customers
-Frequent traveling up to 65% is required for this position
