Job Description

Manager of “Technical Support Team” will be a member of company management at Shabakeh-Gostar Co with an exceptional base salary and benefits package. Manager will have the complete responsibility of supervising the engineers at his team in order to provide technical assistance, installation, operation, service, and maintenance of a variety of anti-virus and other security software to medium to large enterprise customers in 31 provinces across the country. - Plan, organize and daily operation of 30+ members of this team to carry-out with initial installation and provides day to day operations support of software including malware detection systems (anti-virus), intrusion detection and data loss prevention systems, and other related security solutions. - Remediate security issues or recommend remediation options to appropriate customer by the help of vendors and Senior Engineers in his team. - Prepare and provide advisory notes, guides, reports, alerts, … regarding security issues and products for customers. - Communicate with customers, vendors, company management and team members to address every issues. - Take part and represent the company in meetings with customers, product demonstrations, exhibitions, media announcements, … as company’s technical manager. - Continuously learn new software, new versions, new technologies and keep his team up to date with the vendors. - Prepare, review and evaluate organization proposals for customers and make technical and operational recommendations. - Coordinate ad supervise project development, implementation, trouble-shooting and training of customers by the team. - Review and recommend changes to his team related policies, programs and procedures. - Provide regular reports detailing technical/personnel issues/needs. - Hire and train new personnel and evaluate the performance of current personnel at his team. - Liaison with other teams at the company and with MD. - Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Management: - A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in a related field is essential - Leadership skills and ability to resolve conflict, mentor, … are essential - Excellent communication skills - Strong ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to details - Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment - Ability to work unsupervised in fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines and flexible hours Technical: - Bachelor engineering degree in IT related subjects - Passion for IT Security with a solid work ethic and team player attitude - Excellent knowledge of network software and hardware - Experience in supporting network security products (enterprise scale) would be an advantage - Specific knowledge and experience in McAfee and Bitdefender security products with be an special advantage - Having Microsoft and Cisco certificates would be an advantage - Having certificates in IT Security courses would be an advantage - English language to communicate with vendors and follow technical materials
