Job Description

• Technical support of established customer base and new customers in Iran and also in the countries listed under 'Requirements' • Analyze market information and record market data • Assist the Sales Manager for the Middle East and Africa • Translate various documents (brochures, technical documentation, customer letters etc.) into the Iranian language • Handle technical enquiries with a view to winning new customers • Contribute to the implementation of sales and marketing strategies

Requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in a technical subject • Very good Iranian (preferably mother-tongue speaker) and English language skills both spoken and written • Ability to work independently and structured, flexible, highly customer and service-orientated • Willingness to travel mainly in Iran, but also throughout countries in Africa and the Middle East as well as to Afghanistan and Pakistan • Driving license, use of own car registered in Iran • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Internet Explorer, CAD • Good German language skills and Lotus Notes and SAP knowledge would be advantageous • Preferably several years' work experience in the Iranian window or uPVC window profile market
