Job Description

Responsibilities; • Responsible over the technical sales activities and the accomplishment of the project • Study & negotiate feasibility of projects after receiving RFQs • Estimate the cost of feasible projects & issue corresponding proposals • Negotiate the pricing & other conditions and terms & issue corresponding amended versions of proposal when required & feasible • Assign task and put schedules for Design- deliveries & put work-plans for projects execution according to the predefined delivery terms after receiving Approvals and Proposals • Follow-up & control project quality and progress performance, by recording Projects Minutes of Meetings & when necessary the subsequent actions • Update schedules & work plans when necessary • Report by email about the projects progress to the Commercial Director • Lead technical researches when needed • Review monthly the sales register and project listing with the Commercial Director and updates sales and marketing plans accordingly • Schedules and conduct business meeting with both regular and prospective clients for product presentation and projects follow up

Requirements

Skills; • Knowledge of Computer Applications that apply to Engineering; (AutoCAD, excel, power point) • Solid background in related market and products • Disciplines, methodical, self-organized, responsible and reliable • Leadership skills, team spirit and ability to delegate Qualifications; • B.S. Civil Engineering / Architect with minimum 5 year experience in architectural cladding. Industrial building design and insulated panels (cooling systems), Refrigeration, Insulation… • Excellent command of written and spoken English
