Job Description

- Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing) through business requirements, design, implementation, and release - Develop detailed, crisp business requirements and user stories that can be used to create product specifications and architecture for each product and application - Contribute to business model analysis and effective customer focused pricing strategy - Define creative, high-quality road maps based on team strategy and vision - Work with the product owner and engineering teams to design, plan, and implement system integration with partners and customers - Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Author documents relating to product life cycle including product strategy, road map, business requirements, use cases and functional specifications - Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects - Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with user departments and data center
