Job Description

- Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. - Meet with department heads, managers, supervisors, vendors, and others, to solicit cooperation and resolve problems. - Review project plans to plan and coordinate project activity. - Assign and review the work of system, NOC department, Support department and other related departments. - Provide users with technical support for service and network problems. - Develop computer and network information resources, providing for data security and control, strategic computing, and disaster recovery. - Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff, or participate in staffing decisions. - Stay abreast of advances in technology. - Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements. - Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures. - Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as hardware and software upgrades. - Review and approve all systems charts and programs prior to their implementation. - Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports. - Evaluate data processing proposals to assess project feasibility and requirements. - Control operational budget and expenditures. - Manage backup, security and user help system

Requirements

- At least 3 years working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience - BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field - Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems - Expertise in data center management and data governance - Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation - Familiar with ERP Systems - Familiar with infrastructure concept - Familiar with Cisco, Microsoft product, Exchange, Firewall, Virtual concept and especially Wireless solutions. - Familiar with Industrial Business process and good performance in negotiation. - Experience with Servers. - Excellent organizational skills - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Understanding of complex information and requirements - Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans - Good evaluation skills - Good communications skills - written and verbal - Confidence in decision-making - A good team-playing mentality - Good leadership skills - An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
