Job Description
- Supervise on work force & machines proficiency according to production forecasting - Analyze stops, production problems, wastages for restricting repetition and enhancing efficiency - Update technical service in the field of electricity and mechanical - Participate in preparing machinery operations, maintenance, usage planning -Perform routine inspections of vibration, temperature and sound of the equipment and provide expert reports on the performance of the equipment. -Compilation of PM plan and updating them continuously -Providing reports for PM and overhaul of equipment -Troubleshooting machines and assisting repair personnel in troubleshooting -Mechanical designing and drawing of required parts -Review catalogs and standards -Performing repairs or super-visioning repairs
Requirements
-B.S or M.S in Mechanical Engineering only from a Public University or an accredited Islamic Azad University -Although we prefer the candidates to have some experience in related fields, but fresh graduates are also welcomed -The ability of plan for operation of machines according to capabilities and efficiencies -Strong Knowledge of production capabilities of process or any of machines in the process of pieces making or montage -Expert in related software including Office software. -Appropriate level of knowledge in mechanical engineering -Proper mastery in English Conversation and Catalog Language -Proper mastery of hydraulic and pneumatic parts and schematic drawings -Interested in making expert reports
