Job Description
• Microwave Technical Expert is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, optimization and enhancement of Microwave Radio Networks • Help and support the sales team to advice customers on solutions regarding Microwave Radio Links based on Link budget • Searching the latest articles ,technology , brands and technical details about Microwave Radio Solutions • Responsible for design Radio Networks regarding to customers technical specifications and coordination with appropriate software • Install, Test, Fault Find and Maintain Microwave Radio Equipment • Monitor the different steps of link installation with Spectrum Generator and Spectrum Analyzer • Troubleshooting real time issues working with installation team • Reply to customers inquiries regarding Technical issues • Preparing monthly customer support report to Supervisor • Propose alternative design configurations or solutions as options if possible
Requirements
• Master or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering • Two (2) to five ( 5) years of Telecoms experience in Designing & Engineering of Microwave Radio Systems • Excellent knowledge of microwave components and a good understanding of Microwave, RF and LTE • Familiar with Microwave brands and other Radio Technology with Technical details • Experience in IP Networking, LAN/WAN designs, Microwave Systems, 3G/4G Mobile & VoWiFi & VoLTE Technology • Familiar with Wireless Network Design software ( Path Loss is preferred ) • Excellent Oral Communication Skill • PC proficient, including Adobe, MS Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook • Creative problem solving skills to accomplish tasks in an entrepreneurial environment • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Farsi (IELTS 6 or above) • Must be able to work with other disciplines to develop and implement system designs in response to customer specific requirements
