Job Description
- Evaluate and provide best technical offer for customer enquiries in automation and instrument field from available brands and support customers to ensure best technical solution has been provided for end users.
- Provide technical support to assigned Sales Managers, interact and interface with the Sales team and external customers
- Provide clarification on Non-Standard and Uncommon Products
- Analyzes cost-benefit ratios of equipment in customer environment; engineering or proposing changes in equipment in favor of available brands
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain products or services to customers and prospective customers
- Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements
- Visit prospective buyers at commercial, industrial, or other establishments to represent company product and abilities
- Provide technical and non-technical support and services to clients or other staff members regarding the use, operation, and maintenance of equipment
- Diagnose problems with installed equipment
