Job Description

• Develop and Optimize organizational, processes and procedures • Analyze and improve processes by focusing on improving customer experience • Monitor and ensure that the organization processes comply with international standards • Define KPIs and measures for processes and manage their measurement and reporting • Reading and interpreting the data to extract useful information that can be acted upon, such as customer feedback, KPI trends, etc. • Conducting external and internal audits based upon the implemented management system standards • Designing processes based on standard notations such as BPMN2 • Collaboration and project management: Providing key dates, milestones, work breakdown structure, and schedule requirements • Prepare business analysis and managerial report

Requirements

• Familiar with CEM (customer experience management) • Good knowledge about BPM • Excellent analytical skills. • Proficiency in codifying new processes and coordinating them among the related departments • Strong communication and negotiation skills. • Working experience in ISO and excellence Models • Expert in M.S. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio) • MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA
