Requirements

• Experience modeling business processes using BPMN2; • Experience developing business requirements; • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations; • Good skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering; • High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio; • Basic knowledge of software and programming; • Creative approach to problem-solving; • The ability to gather and interpret information; • Excellent communication and presentation skills; • Excellent analytical skills; • Good team-working skills; • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines; • Bsc/Ms degree in MBA/ Industrial engineering/ Software engineering or related fields. • Minimum of 1 year experience.
