Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and technically capable system analyst to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will act as a key internal system support expert, ensuring our business platforms run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll support day-to-day system operations, clear ticket backlogs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, user-friendly system solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support for the Internal system and its SharePoint integrations.
- Manage and resolve support tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist internal users with functional and technical system queries.
- Collaborate with the internal platform (based on SharePoint) support team and suggest improvements.
- Occasionally support BI (e.g., Power BI) reporting and dashboard needs.
- Document, track, and escalate system issues as needed.
- Act as a bridge between IT and business users across departments.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in system analysis, internal IT support, or application support.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint (configuration or development).
- Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI.
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- A degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proactive, flexible, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Team-oriented and capable of working with international stakeholders.
Work Conditions:
- Sunday - Thursday.
- 8:30 - 17:00.
- Location: District 1.
