Ibex is recruiting a Surveyor/Researcher on behalf of Masri Group, a Global Expert of Risk Management and Business Development with a unique and comprehensive range of specialized products and services distributed on the following main trades: Information, Market Research, Feasibility Study, Asset Valuation, Surveillance, Receivable Management. The job: - Retrieve current registration details and corporate records for enterprises registered in Iran: Forms and specimen to be submitted at a later stage for the surveyor's review. - Retrieve past registration details/corporate records such as change in shareholders, directors, etc. - Perform site visits, generally without contact with concerned party (with the exception of some cases). - Verify if an address provided by an enterprise or an individual is correct. - Verify the authenticity of documents submitted by an individual such as ID, passport, etc. - Verify employment, university degrees, etc. - Obtain information from the land registry. - Check penal court records for past or present penal legal actions brought against an enterprise or an individual.
