Job Description

  • Coordinate the information flow between the factory and brand/ NPI teams regarding the activities related to NPI's first production and launch in the factory.
  • Ensures that the new material codes are created, BOMs are maintained, the right production plan is in place, and all new tools and materials have been ordered.
  • Plan Product validations and MQS trials.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to manage NPI delivery in operations in line with the regional and area guidelines and initiatives to ensure agility and responsiveness for NPI launches.
  • Design and establish effective and efficient NPI delivery process in Iran operation.
  • Involve all NPI meetings and ensure that required action points have been assigned to the right department/person.
  • Manage inter-functional processes to deliver NPIs on time in full and at the optimal cost.
  • Performance deliverables and drive improvements.
  • NPI delivery OTIF.
  • CRT, Filters, WMS availability for trials, and first production.
  • Obsoletes avoidance and writes of minimization.
  • Savings in the whole NPI process like avoiding unnecessary tooling and material orders and premium freight.
  • Player in the S&I meetings.

Requirements

  • Comprehensive working knowledge of operations, supply chain, and project management commercial principles.
  • 2 to 3 years of practical managerial experience.
  • Operational level of productknowledge.
  • High level of leadership attributes.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to work under stress.
