Job Description

The position serves as a cross-functional technical leader for supply chain operations, the successful candidate will be responsible for close collaboration with peers both internally & externally, and makes sure that the local manufacturing operation is running via maintaining product flow coming in and out of the factory. The position will be the contact between sales body & supply body of Novartis & requires close contact with diverse range of functions as well as quality, regulatory, commercial sales & marketing. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales, marketing & finance to ensure integrated supply chain cycle • Work closely with budget analysis function to ensure business target alignment • Liaise with customer account management for effective and timely order planning • Perform weekly meetings with distributors & local manufacturing plant to monitor customs clearance & prioritize production plans to ensure healthy level of stock at distribution level • Schedule & organize meetings, record, and distribute minutes of meetings & agenda, process and files forms & documentation, • Perform administrative tasks to assist in the efficiency of supply chain operations • Initiate key performance indicators of current existing supply chain, and provide weekly, monthly, & yearly plan to monitor and improve them • Perform monthly & yearly reconciliation of inventory as decision support system for sales & operation, preparation of monthly stock analysis reports • Drive improvement plans, & participate to the elaboration of objectives like customer service • Manages the storage of finished goods, raw materials, ingredients, & packaging in best conditions, the preparation of orders, & their shipment to the internal & external customers • Generate production orders, proforma invoices, & outsource orders • Improve the documentation of processes and production
