Job Description

-Managing the process of forecasting or predicting and evaluating the demand for products to ensure they can be delivered. (Demand planning) -Managing resources and time, and progressing the work of several projects simultaneously between several contractors -Managing allocation of different parts of projects simultaneously to multiple suppliers -Research and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, service, support, availability, reliability, production and distribution capabilities and the supplier’s reputation and history. -Prepare purchase orders, review requisitions for goods and arrange payment to suppliers. -Monitor the quality of the finished product delivered from contractors (Arranging, resolving and identifying any issues for sellers or suppliers charismatically) -Sourcing and find the best suppliers -Price negotiation and familiar with general legal terms in order to prepare contracts -Creating added value in all segment of supply chain -Managing several suppliers at the same time -Familiar with stationery suppliers -2 years’ work experience with same position -Defining the supply strategies manage risk within the supply chain

Requirements

-B.A or M.A degree in Industrial engineering or related field. -Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain unit. -Good understanding of Production and outsourcing efficiently. -Problem-solving and analytical ability, time management -Self-motivated, well organized and Strong attention to details -Excellent communication skills both written and oral is needed -Strong analytical, conceptual and creative problem solving skills -Computer Knowledge: project control software, expert at excel
