Job Description

• Maintain a long-term production schedule/plan, taking into consideration the needs forecasted by our demand planning team • Execute the supply planning process of inventory planning and the development of master production plan. • Monitor monthly and weekly production plans, prioritizing certain work orders • Manage and supports projects that are within the brand, i.e. innovations, renovations, transitions, capacity planning, and Value Improvement Programs. • Track inventory levels at our distribution centers and allocate product as needed • Track inventory of raw materials and advise our purchasing team • Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, and retail distribution • Set preferred stock levels and prevent excess inventory • Create an optimized replenishment plan for raw and packaging materials over an 18-month horizon that ensures the supply of material to production whilst ensuring that the working capital targets for raw and packaging materials are met. • • Accountable to monitor supply signals using MRP purchase requisitions ensuring delivery dates, lead times and required quantities are correct, and finally creating purchase orders and ensuring their fulfilment by the supplier.
